Being a student is an exciting phase in one’s life as it is the start of their studies in building their own future. However, being a student also comes with numerous challenges. The leap between high school and university is quite vast and adjusting to these different phases might be extremely challenging. Many students face anxiety, stress and depression. They are also faced with past traumas and experiences that they might not have dealt with that arise. Many students also face family-issues and relationship issues.

Young Adult Counselling  

The phase of young adulthood is quite a daunting experience as it is the first phase of adulthood. It is filled with big decisions and new beginnings. Due to the rapid and numerous changes during this phase it can be categorised as one of the most overwhelming phases of life.

Counselling will allow individuals to work through personal experiences to guide them towards better emotional and mental wellbeing. Counselling offers a safe and confidential space to talk and open up in.
