I completed my undergraduate degree in sport psychology and honours in psychology. I am currently in the process of completing my teaching degree as well as a counselling course, I am passionate about working with young children and being actively involved in sport. Being more involved in sport, I came to realise people do not only face challenges on the field, but personal challenges come up, more regularly than one would think. Therefore, counselling in sport is underrated but needed. I enjoy helping people who needs and seeks guidance in everyday challenges
In any aspect of life, mental health should be of top priority. Family and friends are an integral part of my life and I am thankful for the support I have, while undertaking my studies and especially while being a counselling student. I would one day like to complete my Master’s in psychology, so that I know I can provide the best support for my clients. I genuinely enjoy working with people and believe that people should never face challenges alone.
